It uses ScrapSimple Embellishment Templates: Going Postal Frames; ScrapSimple Embellishment Templates: Passport Expedition Stamps Super Biggie; and Affection Collection.

I made the background paper myself and probably used some paper templates, too, but I don't recall what those were offhand (now that I'm looking more closely at it, maybe something from Dinny?).
