Just a reminder that Tues is Veterans Day, a great day to thank the Veterans in our lives.
You never know what it will mean to them - especially the "forgotten" ones - the WWII Vets who didn't go overseas, the Korean and Cold War era vets, and those who served in the Reserve Components.
Also, of course, please thank those still serving.
The climate in our country is pretty favorable to the military these days, but we all know it hasn't always been that way.
So if you see someone in the grocery store parking lot wearing a cap that indicates military service, or getting into a car with a military license plate or decal, please go over and thank him/her.
And a special thanks to all the Scrapgirls who are serving or are military spouses!

Absolutely Gayle - my Father-In-Law is a WWII war veteran, my Father a Korean War Vet AND I have a niece and her husband that are both serving our country, as a matter of fact Pete (my nephew) is headed back to Iraq in 3 weeks for his 3rd tour (Heather will remain in Germany with their son, Pete Jr.)! Thank you to all of our service men & women!

God Bless my uncle who died in North Africa in WWII at the age of 20! His body was never recovered!
