Can someone please tell me the options for printing? Is there a place to have pages printed? What would be the most affordable option?

Lots of people print from home on photo printers or inkjet printers in 8x10, 8.5x11" or on a wide format printer for 12x12". You can also print smaller sizes like 8x8" if you have a smaller album. Most peoiple who print digitial layouts at home use photo paper. There's usually a photo paper designed especially for your printer.

If you don't want to print at home, just about every photo processing lab from Walmart to Costco to Ritz can take your layout from a CD/DVD or memory stick and print any size you want. There are also many online photo processors that you upload your layout image to and they mail you the print. These range in price, usually starting around $3 for a 12x18" print.
