I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas or suggestions for losing weight after the baby. I breastfeed, so I lost a bunch of it...but I still have the remnents of my babies "home" left. I eat well, don't eat out or anything but am looking for some good quick ideas...since I am juggling a 6 mo old and a 3 year old.

Oh gosh, I know what you mean. It's pretty tough but since you already eat so well, I think it should
be pretty easy. It's a matter of deciding how much time you have to put towards it.
A combination of a little weight training and Pilates works really great. Even if you can just alternate pilates and weights every other day, you should be able to see some results if you can even fit in
20-30 minutes a day.
Light weight training is good because muscle helps you burn calories even when you're not working out and pilates just works wonders for your core/stomach.
It's a struggle all of us mommies share but hang in there, it can get better!

No problem, I have to take my own advice now too!
I keep choosing digi scrapping over exercise and I need to find a good
balance.
I have the Windsor Pilates series and I know they have just come out with a new one too.
It has worked really well for me (when I do it - he he) and it's easy to follow, not too exhausting etc.
One of the work outs is 20 minutes long which works well for busy moms.
You could probably find it on ebay for a really good price if you don't want the newest version.
My sister in law is an aerobics instructor and I could ask her if she knows of any good tips
for mommies too.
Hope that helps!
