Lorene, here is a tutorial in the University that might help.
The main reason people have problems uploading to the gallery is that their image is too big. Make sure that it is in the 125-150kb range. That is all explained in the tutorial.

Thanks for that link. I tried to find help but I guess I was looking in the wrong places.

Your layout is lovey! Once you've uploaded it to the gallery, all you have to do is post a link here.
Here is the link to her layout. Daughter coming out of temple
To do that, copy the location of your layout, then in a post like this, click on the green plus sign, that will bring up a little window where you can paste the image location. Then it will give you a prompt to name your link.
Another way to do it is to highlight the name of your image that you have already typed, then click the green plus sign button and paste in the image address. When you click okay, it will be a link.
