Already? How did that happen?

Anyway, despite having a sick child, I'm on the treadmill this afternoon, huffing and puffing, doing an hour "fast walk". I did a kettlebell workout Tuesday (anyone try these?) and I'm more than sore, but it feels good!

We got the Wii Fit this weekend and even a Wii Fit Personal Trainer! I have a new haircut and determined that I want to be a hot mom in a minivan! Worked out every day this week so far! I forgot how much work hoola hooping is :) Gonna do it this time around!!!

I was doing so good with the WiiFit, then the kids started fighting over it every time I turned it on. It's so easy to get out of the habit! I want to start doing yoga at night when I get home from work. I get home at 10:30 pm and usually sit on the couch watching TV until midnight. The other thing I should do is go for a walk on my supper break at work. There is an indoor walkway connecting office buildings and malls in our downtown so I wouldn't even have to worry about weather AND there are lots of stairs. I'm with Kim, I want to be a hot mom in a minivan!

I have to get motivated too. A fellow teacher and me are walking after school now, and when I can I am doing the conditioning with my tennis team. But, I'm still not very motivated!!!

I just got back a few minutes ago from a 2 mile walk. I feel really blessed to be in a place where I can walk outside. I'm embarrassed to admit I've never done that before (for exercise I mean). I've always had a gym membership and worked out on machines, but I'm LOVING my outdoor exercise time!
