Veggies, veggies, veggies for me - I make a giant salad with every veggie I can find in the frig - and I add a few chopped almonds for crunch, and just for taste I add some tiny pieces of cut up cheese - just a few - and some chopped eggs too - then I just use oil and vinegar to dress it. Works for me.

I find that a huge spinach salad is really feeling and since I don't need much by the way of dressing its a low point filling snack.

I also like to cut up some fresh peaches and have the slices with a little cottage cheese - yummy!

Also, since this is apple growing country I like to slice an apple and I DO love the peeling and dip each slice into just a wee bit of peanut butter. It's quite filling and tastes so good.

For those of us who like toast, butter, and jam
There are many 1 point per slice breads
toast it, use spray butter (Love Love Love this stuff)
and sugar free jam
1 Maybe 2 points depending on your jam and bread.

I really don't do the WW but I am very careful with what I eat (except those times I kinda cheat) but Rich and I absolutely love home made hummus and we use carrots cut the long way into sticks, cucumbers, celery sticks and anything else I can come up with veggie wise to dip into the hummus - just a thought.

How many of you have tried Veggie Staws. You can buy them at any grocery store but the ones you buy at Costco taste the best. They taste like potato chips/ french fries and you get a ton for a serving of 3 points.

We love these in our house. My daughter calls them "fries" which is a sad statement that a 2 year old knows fries so well but at least she's eating these instead of the real deal. We like to dip them in hummus or a cottage cheese based ranch dip that is awesome protein with very little fat (just blend about a cup of cottage cheese until it's smooooooth and add about 1/3 packet of packaged Ranch dressing/dip powder mix - I love this because I can scoop the way I *wish* I could scoop with regular dips but this one is actually guilt free :) )

Ha ha I just posted my version of this. I used to make it with FF sour cream and then realized I don't even need to add that! Just the cottage cheese blended until it's really smooth and it's a really satisfying dip :)

I think my all time favorite snack is frozen grapes. I could pound those all day long LOL. It's like mini popsicles hehehe.

I don't do WW so I don't know what the points are for grapes but I would hope they'd be nice and low :)

Grapes are 1 point for a cup of grapes. As long was there isn't any sugar added.

When it comes to fruit I love nectarines. They are really good frozen too. Slice it up and then put them in the freezer for a few hours.

Nope, no sugar added. (I don't even know how you'd add sugar to grapes LOL). I just wash my grapes, pick them off the vine and put them in ziploc baggies and toss them in the freezer. Super super yum :)

Oh - I guess I thought for some reason I was the only person in the world who loved frozen grapes! Surprise, surprise! Frozen grapes are my all time favorite snack and I almost always have them in my freezer - they are especially good right now during these hot summer days!

I had a roommate who at her wedding reception used frozen grapes and blueberries in the water as ice, for flavor.

The sugar and the grapes thing: Some brands actually add a bit of sugar to their frozen fruits as a preservative and because they loose a little flavor when frozen.

Most do not. Most of the time that is only a problem if they are syruped. I've learned that I really need to read more labels.

Made deviled eggs for my party tonight. They were 1 point each Woot.

I used fat free miracle whip and nothing else even has points. So it was equivalent to eating a whole egg if you ate two. Sweet!

I made stuffed peppers tonight (stuffed with orzo instead of rice) They were 2 points for half a pepper. I could eat one for lunch or a snack and its only 2 points for something healthy and filling and tasty.

The weight watchers brand of ice cream treats are super yummy too.
We've tried their drumsticks, their fudge bars, and the cookies and cream fudge bars.
