I hope this is ok to post here. As I posted, my family is in the middle of a deployment. One thing that really seems to help the kids is a DVD made by Sesame Street featuring Elmo. It is available for free from Military One Source.

I ordered this one, too. The girls liked it. I cried through the whole thing, but the girls sat glued. Military One Source is a great place for info.
