First on the agenda was to stop and get some running shoes. I'm all set now to start training seriously for that 1/2 marathon....as soon as the weather cooperates!
We then went to Gordon Biersche Brewery for lunch, and then on Coldwater Creek and J. Jills. At Coldwater Creek, I didn't actually, buy anything, but I did try on both size 6P and 4P jeans. The 6s fit perfectly and guess what! I could get into the 4s and fasten them! They were tight, but not uncomfortable! OMG! This just amazed me!
Off we went them to J. Jills, where I gathered up some tops, and again, tried on size 6Ps and 4Ps and again, the size 6s were great, and the size 4s weren't that much of a problem either! I KNOW I am going to be in size 4s by the end of the summer or not sooner!
This is absolutely amazing to me! I have never worn a size 4, not even when I was at my thinnest when I traveling back and forth to India a couple of times a year, let alone at age 45! Yowzaaa! I am getting fit, lean, sculpted and svelt!
Forgive me for emoting here, but I am so proud of myself! I am not bragging, just bursting with pride and happiness and amazement and had to share!!!
