I can't remember how long I've had my printer...3 years, maybe?
It's dead.

Unless some miracle happens for it, I'm looking online at some printers.

I can't afford a high-end, high priced model...(don't want to put out any money at all...)
Here are the two I'm comparing:
HP Photosmart D5460 Printer
HP Photosmart D7560 Printer

The 7560 has a larger LCD screen. For me, I think, "So what?" I don't edit or choose my photos from the printer. I do all of that through my computer. It also takes 8.5 x 14 paper. (vs just 8.5 x 11) But in all my years, I've never thought, "Man, if only my printer would take the larger size paper."

Is there any reason you can think of that I should pay the higher price for the 7560?
Do any of you have either one of these printers?

I can't think of any Charlene. I LOVE HP printers, have been using them for the past 10 years:) Just wish the ink was cheaper! lol:)

We just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A909a and love it. It is an all in one. We were thinking about a color laser, but the ink on this is cheaper to print per sheet. We use it both wireless from the laptop and the desktop and it has given us no problem & the color on both paper and for photos is great. It was more money than the two you are looking at, but as a brand name product, I would have no problem going with the HP.

Yeah, I'm pretty partial to HPs. I've always had them and love the way my layouts look.

I don't see any particular reason to go with the 7560 over the 5460.
Unless y'all see a reason. lol
