scrappylibrarian
I just got a pop up message from my Carbonite Account: Alert: You have exceeded your storage limit. Your backup is stopped. We recommend upgrading to an unlimited subscription now in order to protect all of your important files. Otherwise Carbonite will not update your backup until you've removed files and folders to get below your storage limit. But it doesn't tell me what my limit is and the link takes me to the page with a one year and two year sub option, nothing about limits. Any one else get this?? patsyt
Do you already have a subscription? This happened a while back and I got a message finally from Carbonite that it was an error.
Vaughnde
Sounds like you need to call Carbonite and talk to Len
scrappylibrarian
I got an email back from Carbonite and they said it looks like everything is fine on my subscription. Didn't tell me why I got that message though. Weird!
