Just did 30 minutes hard workout with Gilad. DVR'd it last night and it is good. Abdominals, Leg stretches, Shoulder Rolls. I sure worked up a good sweat...off to the Shower now! will go to the pool this afternoon.

WTG,V. I used to get up early to exercise with him (before DVR & videos) until I realized that I was just laying there
