Janean
The apple store super genius installed a fresh Leopard with iLife, and I transferred my home settings and files over from the old HD to the new when I got home. This evening I was all set to start a page about my niece's birthday party and iPhoto kept crashing and crashing! I'll have to reinstall it at work on Monday. mrstucci
Oh, Janean I am so sorry to hear of your crashing iPhoto......There must be a setting from the old HD that the new iLife doesn't like. One thing you could try that is harmless (don't sue me for this tip) is to delete the iPhoto.plist. And then restart. Don't know if that will help or not but you could try it. It is in your Home Folder, Library, Preferences and then look for com.apple.iPhoto.plist. Trash it. Restart your computer and maybe that will fix everything a-ok. Or reinstalling on Monday is good too. Good luck, Judy
KellyChron
What a bummer! I've never personally had this problem with iPhoto... PSE has crashed plenty of times, but never iPhoto! You poor thing! I hope you can get it fixed ASAP... Good luck!
