I remember the May 4th newsletter and how wonderful all the 2 page spreads looked. Many of you said you need to create more 2 pagers, so here is your chance! I challenge you to create a 2 page layout. You can post the spread as one layout, or each side individually.

When I create a 2 page layout, I create a new document that is 12X24. Then, when it is all done, I save the layout as a jpeg. Then I open a new 12X12 document, and copy half of the jpeg version to that new document and save it, doing that for each half. That way I can print it out and put it in an album. Feel free to create and upload your layouts however you like. I just thought I'd share for those of you who have never attempted to create a 2 page digital layout!

Post your layouts in the gallery found here.

Here is mine: Earth Day with the Girl Scouts

I can't wait to see what you create!

Oh, I just did a two-fer in the Quote Challenge crop yesterday. I'll see if I can get another one done today - lots of vacation photos yet to scrap, and there are several of each location we went to, so I was thinking I'll need lots of double layouts for this album anyway. Weeeee! I'm having so much fun!

I open 2 windows and create 2ea 12x12. I take the paper from one, copy it to the other, sometimes I reverse items for a mirror effect. Sometimes, if I have a frame crossing over pages I will do just one page first, save it, delete details then reverse the cross-over items and rebuild it as the second page.

For some reason 2 pagers seem so BIG to me before they're created, but they are wonderful for extra journaling and fitting in more pics. I'm up for this!
