I have just needed to buy a new printer ( my last one died ). I now have an Epson R290 as the last two printers were Epsons and I was very happy with the quality of the printing of my layouts.

Now this one is giving me problems.... I cannot get it to print nicely... the photos on the layouts look terrible.

I am using PSE 6 and would like to know what settings others use for printing layouts. The settings in PSE and then the print preference which is the printer settings.

Any help would be greatly welcomed.

Thanks Debi for your response. I love your monkey and frog.

I just remembered I had asked a similar question when having some trouble with my last printer and got a great reply from Janice ( cats4jan) so I searched fo that message and found it. Now when home tonight (am at work now ) will try what Janice suggested then.

thanks for anyone who does reply now to this message.
