Hi all!

How do you format & print a double page spread?

One of the members, LBT, asked me this question leaving me a comment on my layout. How do you guys do it? So far, I (professionally) printed only 1 page layouts to display them on my wall. For this specific layout - I'll order a photo book. Please share any tips here.
