It appears to be associated with Mandy Stewart's ScrapSimple Embellishment Templates: Bottles and Buds. I was going to use some flower photos when I stumbled over these shots of my gd when she was smaller and thought that she would be so cute in them. I had not used the garden plot paper before so that seemed to fall into place as well!
