Dog Journey Book ?

I can't remember the title... I thought it was called homeward bound but that is the disney movie. Any of you girls remember reading a dog journey book about, ok, 20 years ago about dogs and it was a classic... maybe the long journey or something? I wanted to get it for my daughter.

Could it have been "Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey"? I think that was about a dog and cat or maybe 2 dogs... I can't remember exactly, but I know it was a real good movie. Maybe try Googling it? HTH.

YES! It was The Incredible Journey! Thanks! I didn't remember that the Homeward Bound movie was based on the book... I guess because even though the movie was good the book was so much more.
