I would really like some constructive criticism and/or comments on this layout. I love this little guy (though he's gone now) and I want his layouts to be as nice as I can make them. Cute and Cuddly

I can see it, Theresa. It's in a class gallery - you might want to move it to a personal gallery, or there's one called "Help, I'm Stuck" where you can post CC layouts.
I think a different frame and changing the color of your title would help. That electric blue color is too much with the light pastel blue of border elements. Maybe bring the photo down and tuck it behind the cluster on the bottom left? Then take the top cluster and flip it to the other side, so it balances out the page more. Not sure about your title - I'm not a good person to ask about those, because I'm seriously title challenged.
