Yes it is Di. Usually we share our weght loss on wednesdays. Charlene (ScrappinChar) will post a message but I think last week's got forgotten! LOL. We do have a support group of a sort and if you need anything or want some advice on something just shout out

I've been forgetting the past few weeks. "Convenient" since I haven't been eating properly during those weeks, huh?
Actually, I post in the WW (Weight Watchers) section...but some of the people that respond aren't with WW...just trying to lose weight or get healthy.

I'll "try" to remember to start the thread up this Wednesday. (Of course, anyone can start it.)

*Throwing my hand up in the air and shouting OOoh, Ooooh* Can I join in as well then? Today was the first day of my self-inflicted diet and it would be nice to have someone watching over my shoulder, other than my evil sister that is!!
