How about children in general? Husbands, pets, and anyone under the age of about 16 including the 4 months along little boy who kept me up all night practicing his soccer star moves on various parts of my anatomy... grrrr to you all!
And possibly inanimate objects, like this computer that hates me and the dishes that won't, no matter how much pleading I do, wash themselves!

ABSOLUTELY hilarious that THAT is indeed all you had to say! I've been calling mine "Grumpity Gus" for a couple of days. I'm hoping to get him on an upswing, otherwise he's going to slide straight into "Pity Party Pa"!

How does the rest of that saying go? "Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em ... pass the beernuts?!?
Actually my DH is a sweetie for 90% of the time ... but the kids, now ... I'm not even going there! 18 1/2, 8 and 6 ... holidays, new home so no friends to play with so in mother's face constantly, I don't have anyone other than my DH to talk adult to! Actually you should probably add me to this list!!
Thanks for the giggles ladies!

My name is Gary and I go by Vandy on the 'net but I'll answer to either name. I'm very new to Scrap Girls (just joined yesterday) and I've yet to get my "Meet and Greet" thread posted (seems I'm having a bit of a problem starting a new thread) and as soon as I've gotten the issue resolved I'll post my intro.
I was browsing through the forums and came across this (admittedly, I hope?) tongue-in-cheek thread. I said to myself, "Self? You'just gotta post in this thread." So... Here I am
I've been a husband for 35 years now and cna't imagine being anything other than. I love my wife Christine more today than I did yesterday but not as much as I will tomorrow. Nonetheless, I'm sure I've given her her fair share of "husband moments" over the years. The nice thing about them is that they pass and our love remains.
This may be hard to fathom, but I do understand where y'all are coming from. (My mother always taught me that a preposition is a bad thing to end a sentence with...). Husbands can be a real pain sometimes even if you are just friends with them and not married to them. It's a good thing that God gave us tolerance and love to get through the rough moments.
Y'all have a wonderful day and I'll see you around the forums.
Regards,
Gary (Vandy)
You is you and me is me.

Similar story with my 12 yo dd.....good news is she will NEVER do that again! She's already proven it at a subsequent pool outing....they have to learn their own way, huh?
And 'nuf said about the husband
Gary, can you teach mine a few tricks?
