mimes1 Posted August 9, 2009 Share Posted August 9, 2009 I'm trying to do a layer mask in PSE7 the same way I have been doing it in PSE5. It's not working!! Argh!! I simplified my layer, deleted my layer and started over, and over, and over. And it's not working. Surely theres' a trick involved. Can anybody fill me in? Thanks! PBarnes Posted August 9, 2009 Share Posted August 9, 2009 Technically, you can't do a "layer mask" in PSE at all but I know there is a work around. Let me see if I can find my instructions. It's 2:30 a.m. my time and I think I'm finally ready for sleep so I'll look tomorrow as soon as I can. You can do an "Adjustment Layer" by clicking on the little divided circle icon at the top of the layers palette. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
