I'm in the Pittsburgh area for the weekend for a family wedding, so no workout for me. And I expect lots of dangerous, dangerous eating, but I'm going to try not to worry about it too much. Although I did lose two pounds last week with this pared down diet. (Trying to stay between 1200 and 1300 calories. It's HARD!) Anyway, that brings me back down to 125, but I expect I'll be going back up over the weekend.
You all are doing so well, and being so consistent. That is the key. Pat, congrats on another pound gone! And JoEllen, don't you love when you start seeing those muscles! Love it! Laurie, sign up for that 5K! Just do it! It's a great goal and whether you walk or run, you will be proud to know that you did it!
