We are at day 300-something. I got confirmation that the countdown can begin. We go from months down to days! More than a week but less than 4 weeks. I have an idea, but won't say the specific date. We are all so thrilled! I'm busy making sure that the house is all cleaned up, shiny, and pretty. We had some improvements done, I painted the porches white, and the place looks so much better. Oh, I can't wait for him to see everything. Of course, being together again is foremost. :)

I know I haven't posted anything lately. We have been busy. Some good, some not, and some serious life lessons. All is well now though. I also traveled to Illinois to see my sister. That was a great trip! Lots of scrapping material to keep me busy while I wait.

Oh, I am so happy! :dancingelephant: :party-smiley-048: :penguins: :dancingchicken2: :monkeydance:

Wow, that's great news. I can't wait until all military families can be reunited. I was in the Army and know what it's like to be apart.

Shell, that's wonderful news!
Hope the life lessons weren't too painful - good for you for paying attention to them.
Don't knock yourself out too much getting ready - you'll want to be well rested and feeling peaceful when he gets home!
Glad you had a good visit with your sister.
hugs,

Fantastic news. May this last little be long enough to get your projects done, and short enough so you won't burst before he's home -- lol.
