Help!

I loaded several shapes in the presets folder in PSE7, and when I went to use them in the actual software, I can't find them among the mass of shapes that came with the software! I guess I need to just check and see if I can use them as a .png, but it sure would be easier if it was an application like the brushes when loading.

Does anyone have any tips or advice regarding this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Bonni,

Are you on a PC or Mac? Are you putting the csh file into this folder (if PC):
Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7\Presets\Custom Shapes ?
I'm not sure why they won't show up if that's where they were put. Maybe if you close down PSE and then restart it again?

I found that after loading brushes in ps7 mine all vanished so now I save them in the drop down menu where you find load brushes to save them. I also have a desktop file for scrapbook and keep a file with brushes in that so that if they go walk about again, they are all in one place for re loading. I also keep all my downloads in a file so that if anything is lost it is easy to recover. If you know the name of the brush type it in the computer file search
