I was down 1.8 tonight. I still have more to lose to get rid of the holiday weight, but with the new tracking challenge, I should have it off next week

Way to go Laurie! Any loss is a great loss in my book. Be proud of yourself!

Still holding. Seems I do well one week then bounce around a little for about 10 days then lose again. But I feel good about making better decisions about eating...well any decision is better than mindless eating, which I have done a lot of.

Thanks Laurie! Congrats to you for being down this week again too.
Sandi, holding steady is better than up! So it is good
I had a rough day. Spent 6 hours at two different doctors with my 1 year old Siberian Husky trying to find out what is wrong with her eye. Only to find out she has early onset juvenile cateracs. Feeling sorry for her and for myself and didn't eat all day. Stopped at Wendy's on the way home and had a chicken sandwich and an M & M frosty. Kinda disappointed that I fell back into old habits but at least I didn't get the fries too! Didn't go over my points for the day but plan to get back on track tomorrow. No more letting myself get that hungry!
Here's to a better day tomorrow!

Mind if I tiptoe back in here?
I finally opened my WW online tools yesterday and <gulp> recorded my weight. I did not want to see the message, "you've gained 5.5 pounds since your last recorded weight" on the screen. Recorded everything, even the half and half in my coffee. It's a pain to start measuring everything again - but I know this works. I lost 30 pounds 4 years ago, and have been able to maintain up until the middle of last year. Slowly sliding up and up and up. I'm a small person (5 feet and 0 inches), so even 1 lb makes a huge difference.
Great to see some new faces here. So here I am, back to cheer you on and get some cheering!

Great job, Christine!
Elisha, I'm glad that you joined us.
I was down .4 this week. I really need to get serious about this again. We have a challenge this week to do at least
10 minutes of exercise every day. I did a 20 minute walk away the pounds tonight.
