bjc Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 last night i bought some new things from the boutique and noticed that when i went to view them in acdsee some didnt show thumbnails. neither the pngs or the jpegs show up as thumbnails..but things i have had from awhile ago are fine...i am also having the same thing happen when i export photos from lightroom and go to see them in acdsee you cant see the jpeg thumbnail, just a box that says jpeg....can anyone help me? thanks ps...there is no sub category for acdsee....i think there are a group of us that use acdsee for organizing so maybe we could use this subcategory? Guest faerywings Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Sometimes that happens to me and I think it is just "glitchy." My suggestions to you if this is still happening 1. Back up and optimize 2. Select the missing files with the missing images and click "Rebuild Thumbnails and Metadata." That usually brings back any missing thumbnails for me.
