You are NOT alone. You have infinite value -- you must believe this, and it is OKAY to come here if you need someone (or lots of someones) to remind you.
Step outside. My husband spends all the time in the sunshine he can; it makes a huge difference -- and as the days get shorter (especially further north) you need all the sunshine you can get.
You have gotten wonderful advice from so many people here -- hope it shows you how important you are to all of us, and keep letting us know how it's going.
love and hugs,

The fresh air can clear your head. You can use the time to listen to audio books (library checkouts?) or music you enjoy that husband doent
care for? Something JUST FOR YOU... if you see a neighbor, smile and say "hi"... they might become your next best friend.
Praying for you.. make the effort ... do this for YOURSELF... and know that this too shall pass.... (your meds need to be "looked at")

Please know that you have an outpouring of support right here. Just give us a holler if you need to share a thought or feeling...even the good ones. We want to know how you are doing.
Always keep your chin up. Literally! It lights up your face and keeps your mind off the ground. ((((hugs))))

I'm thinking about you, and wondering how you are doing. Please drop a us note when you can, and remember, someone is always around.

I glad that you opened up here at Scrapgirls. It really is a caring place and you are part of the community. I am thinking about you and praying for you. We are here for you, The Lord is there for you and I know that somewhere there is a medical professional or a group that can help too. Sending you huge hugs and the knowledge that things can get better.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference. reinhold niebuhr
