We had a wonderful time, learned some useful techniques and received a beautiful kit by Valerie.
All good things must end, but we allowed the atmosphere to linger awhile. Still, we must head home soon.
Thank you Ro and the team! We love you!

You could tell Ro and the Purple Shirts put their hearts, minds, and muscles, into making the convention a fun and productive time. I really appreciated seeing the beautiful city and surrounding areas too! Although I left by 4, my husband and I are roaming the area, taking as many pictures as I can!
I hope I am able to attend any future Scrap Girls Conventions!

A special AttaGirl to Paula Wright for her hard work on the logistics side of things - everything went flawlessly.
(I know loggies generally are under appreciated, and no one realizes what all they do until things go wrong. Nothing did!)
The classes were wonderful, but the time to visit and get to know each other was the part I treasure the most.
Thanks to everyone for making this time so special.

I had a great time, learned lots, and enjoyed meeting so many ScrapGirls!
And, I've been talked into posting more, and actually adding a photo avatar. OK, OK, I'll get that done!
It's been good to be home. DH made sure the house was clean (what a guy!) and made sure I knew I was missed. Got plenty of cuddles from my 12 year old son (how much longer will THAT last?) And even the animals were happy to see me.

Robert said he really enjoyed meeting people and he said he was going to have a difficult time explaining what it was like to his friends. He said you all had to be some of the sweetest people he'd ever met. But he was looking forward to some quiet.
The mischief makers were quite a surprise, I appreciate all they did. It was ever so silly!
Thanks to all the purple shirts, the entire team at the convention and here, back at the ranch went all out and they are so appreciated. A special thanks to Paula for all her behind the scenes work and for actually cooking food for the team for a lunch and a dinner!
What a time we had! Mwahhhhh to you all.

I had exceedingly high expectations & it was better than I could have imagined. I also wish we all lived close by.
I'm already planning for the next one. Hmmmm......wonder what that could lead to......
Many heartfelt thanks and hugs to all the purple shirts, Ro, V, Paula, etc. And a special hug to all the SGs. You all proved that you're even better in person than on the MB. As amazing as that seems, it's true.
Hugs,

It sounds like soooo much fun - I can be so very introverted, so not sure if I could do it, but my heart was there and I thought of you girls this weekend!
Glad you had a fabulous time!

Big squishy hugs to Paula for all her hard work! I know it took her many many hours to pull it all together.
Zaz as Taz - lol! I can't think of a better description... unless you add the technicolor.

Got home Monday night and started looking for others who live in my area. Can't believe northeastern OH doesn't have lots of Scrapgirls. Guess I'll have to recruit them myself. I need to be with girls like you more than once a year!

Robin if you ever get the chance to go please take it. I'm highly introverted too and did not know what to expect the first year, but it truly is like meeting old friends.
I went back this year (even better) and I'm sure the new people I met would have never guessed that I'm really shy at all.
I want to add my thanks to Paula, Ro, and the whole team for all their hard work and to all the SGs who treat each other like family. I miss you all!
