I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to everyone who offered me such encouraging words both before and after teaching my class at convention. I already knew it before, but it was such a great reminder of how wonderful our SG community is.

Right before teaching, someone asked if I was nervous or OK. My response to them was, 'yeah, I'll be OK, but even if I completely mess up, they will still love me!! LOL!'. That wasn't said with any note of arrogance but a sense of complete acceptance by our wonderful members and team.

I still wouldn't say public speaking is 'my thing', but I am glad I did it or I wouldn't have received the blessings that I did from everyones kind words. I look forward to teaching you some more...from the comforts of my own home and computer.

Marnie's chair trick was a tough act to follow. LOL. Christy, you are 100% correct, no matter what everyone would still love you, but there was no matter what, you did an great job and I loved your class. And Conda may be the SGU teacher's pet, but remember, I'm the countess of classes and I saw a wanted poster that I was wanted for being the class clown.

It was great to be there for your debut class.
You're right, we would have loved you just for having the guts to get up and teach, but you were great!
And for those who couldn't be there, she created some fabulous ATC storage books. I was lucky enough to win one!
(my new ATCs are putting last year's pile still in a baggie to shame)
