I can't see Jacelen Deinema's Fab 5 kit. I see a page she made with it. I think I would like to order it, but I would like to see it first.

Can someone help?

Thanks!
My name means "song of joy." I am Buster's mom.

What do you all mean by can't see it? It's in the What's New section, and you can also click on her name in the list and it's there. Here's a link to it

Jacelen's Fab 5

If that doesn't solve it, let me know exactly what you mean by can't see it...as i'm seeing everything fine

Angie, I'm having the same problem as Joyce -- it looks like this, just a little box with a red x in it, instead of an image.

NOPE I'm still getting a red X where the collection is supposed to be. When I click to go into the page with her layout I can see the layout she made using it, but not the collection :)

I was just there and I can see it fine......perhaps your cookies need cleaning? LOL Refresh the page? I can tell you that it's a beautiful little collection (I did the layout for it). It comes with the large frame, the pink rose, a long straight string of pearls (which I cut into three), the tag with keys/ribbon and a gorgeous paper! You need it! :)

What browser are you all using? It seems if your using Explorer you can't see the images...but in Firefox and Google Chrome there's no problems everything is there (which is why I can see it with no probelm) Until we get this figured out here's the marketing for the image. Also if you change browsers it will be there with no probelm.

Angie placed a support ticket in, we have renamed, resaved, done just about everything we can think of. We've never had this issue before, will be interesting to find out what's up with IE.

Another blind IE user here. lol
And...to add to the strangeness...I can't even enlarge that thumbnail that Angie put in this thread. When I click on it, it acts like it's going to enlarge it & show it to me...but it never does. Just shows the little circle thing going round and round.

Gotta little Twilight Zone going on with Jacelen's Fab 5. lol

Yeah, we've done everything we can think of to fix this and nothing is helping. This is the first we've had this issue that I know of, so it will be interesting to find out if the store team can figure out what might be going on. I'll let you all know what's going on once I hear from them

Nope. :(
It changes to the transparent, dark screen with the white square, with the circle thingy. The circle thing goes round and round but never stops. Then, I can't get it to go away unless I hit the backup button thingy on my browser which takes me out of the thread. lol

It did the same for me. I asked Jacie to rebuild her MKTG file fresh, save it in a new place on her HD with yet another new file name, and we'll try a new one.

Ahhh, Becca to the rescue! Just got an email about colour profile. I can fix that.

Becca rocks. Jacie used a CMYK colour mode, not our standard RGB and it threw us for a loop. Becca has seen this before in the NL and voila, it's all fixed. Thanks Becca!
