Help
While balancing my credit card today I noted an added billing amount for the Guest House. $121 more as a separate charge!
I called about the extra billing, and found they had me checked out & paid, as noted, but I was checked IN again for the next night.
The bill was for the add'l night that I did not use/need.
They deleted the charge, but I wanted others to be aware and check their bill. They are having some interesting things in the
10th anniversary excitement! Could be a billing glitch or a dishonest employee?
Just watching your back! They were good to locate the problem and fix it up!

I checked my card online and the Guest House charges look just fine.

I checked my hotel bill and AMEX charges ... all is correct! And, they did a great job considering that two of my roommates paid in cash and I paid with an cc ... all at different times. Thanks, Barb.

Oh, that is not good - glad you got it taken off your card - I had a charge on my credit card for something I had not bought (nothing to do with convention) and it took me several months of letters back and forth to get it removed - it should only have needed a simple phone call - cause it was a weird charge and they should have caught it - American Express touts that they monitor your charges and will question anything that looks different than one's normal routine charges but they did not in this case.

My receipt from the Guest House shows the same amount I was quoted when I bought the reservation. I should get my credit card bill next week, so I'll make sure it matches. Thanks for the heads up. I'm glad you were able to get everything corrected!

No kidding! I'm glad you got that taken care of -- that would NOT have been good! I would have personally driven up to Salt lake and given them a piece of my mind had they not. Argggh.
