Hey everyone! I hope you'll join me for the free mini class "5 Creative Ways to Use Alphas" today at 11 AM MT (1 PM ET) in the Scrap Girls chat room. The class was written using PSE5, but it is open to all programs.

For this class:
Please have all of the letters to spell a word open and ready to place on a new document. (I spelled the word MOM)
Please do not choose an alpha with the letters placed on tags for this class. (I used the floral Alpha from the Day to Day Life Collection Biggie)
Please have a paper opened and ready to use. (I used the green paper from the Moments Collection Biggie)
(Optional) Please have any styles you wish to use loaded and ready.

The mini classes usually last for an hour or a little less (at least, that's the goal.)

This time, I have to leave to pick up my DH at the airport the minute class is over, so we will be starting and finishing as close to on time as possible. I hope that you can join us!

Di, if you aren't feeling up to staying for the whole time, you are more than welcome to just come for part. I don't mind if you need to leave early or come in a little late. I hope you are feeling better today!

Even if you weren't able to attend the class, you can still be elligible for the prize - an ALPHA TEMPLATE SET! Isn't that cool?

Post a layout, using some of the techniques/ideas from the class (you can download the tutorial here) in this gallery: ScrapGirls 5th Anniversary Party Layout Gallery - 2009 by midnight tomorrow. Put the words "Creative Alpha" in the title so I will be sure to see it. I'll choose a layout from there.

I missed the class

I was taking advantage of some sunshine and doing fall photos with the grandsons. I tried the PDF link and it won't let me download. Any chance this is a fluke or is the time limit over and done. I would love the PDF, but I sure will understand if I just didn't get here in time.
