Help
I have a new computer - 4GB RAM - 500 GB HDD - 64 bit - 16" HD widescreen -running WIN7 - so life should be good - right? Well, not completely. Lightroom will not run. I took computer back to Best Buy. Geek Guy told me it was 32 bit and that was the problem. I told him I downloaded 5.5 which is 64 bit. He tole me to ininstall and reinstall. I did. Still doesn't work. Any ideas?

I've read that lightroom can have issues with Win7. (There is a beta version of LR3 out that is supposed to work with it.)

On another thread, someone mentioned a conflict with their Bamboo pad. That got me thinking and I uninstalled the Bamboo and now LR works. I didn't have conflict on Vista but with WIN7 there appears to be one. I am going to call Wacom and see what to do. If anyone else is experiencing problems abd has a tablet installed you might want to check that out.
Right now I'm back to mousing and not real happy - I miss my tablet!
