ChristyVW
From a photography forum I frequent: Lightroom 2.5 will process 7D Raw files but the output is very poor. Lots of noise even at ISO 100 and very oversaturated colours. If you go down to the Camera Calibration section of the Develop module you will see that LR is using a "Beta" profile for the camera. Clearly they need to do a lot more work on it. DPP (canon's raw image editor) is much better - no visible noise at ISO 100 and more realistic colours. (Quite a lot of noise at the pixel level at ISO 200, though. I must put the camera NR setting back to Normal.) Warning - don't judge 7D image quality from LR output.
