I recently purchased a large order. Unfortunately, I had a horrid time downloading (server resettig and corrupted files)

As a result, I exceeded the 12 download limit on two files. The page that came up said I needed to contact Customer Support, but I can't find out how to do that. Any suggestions?

That's what I did as I couldn't find any other address. Not being a neophyte to how web-based companies work, I figured I'd get one of those automated responses right back then a "real" response in a week or so --if I was VERY luck.

Surprise! ScrapGirls isn't your ordinary outfit. I got a response just a few minutes ago. Everything's all hunky-dory now....I have all my files and am happy as can be.

What a weird concept.....a company that actually responds to customers' problems then does the unthinkable and FIXES them!

I get so frustrated with automatic replies too, and I get worried I'll never get to speak to an actual person or get my problem resolved. That's what is so special about this company. We have a wonderful lady behind it all. And she's awesome at customer service and helping people. And if you have any other questions you need help with, there are a lot of people on this board that will help you out!

Ah, now... let's give credit where credit is due! Angie is becoming my right-hand-support-pal Girl Friday. While I do take some of the questions, I am largely having Angie take care of things now (except when she is gone) so that I can manage my ever increasing work load here.

But I see every single email that comes in!

I picked Angie to do it because she is super nice and knows nearly everything there is about how to answer these types of questions.

COOL, huh?

The important thing is that someone did it!! I had a quick reply to a problem I had discovered on checkout. This is one of the things I love about this site.. I am still waiting for a reply to an order for some hat straw that I tried to place earlier this week... don't suppose scrap girls want to go into selling hat straw?????
