I know I need to get fit! Over this past year I can feel myself becoming more lazy and no where near as active as I use to be not only that but the extra kilos are adding up as the months go on.
I dont even know where to start? I know I should be walking more, and exercising but Im not sure if the exercises Im doing are the right ones for me and my body type.
I also think I would need exercise charts to help keep me accountable, does anyone use anything like this? Any suggestions would be great :)

Hi Kellie!

There are a bunch of us who are in the same boat. I started a "Get Fit" thread a little while back. It's a great place to check in. A lot of us try to go in daily for inspiration and to inspire. It's a long thread (so don't feel you have to read the whole thing) but there are some really great tips in there. Our two resident Beachbody coaches check in frequently. I've kind of fallen off the wagon so I need to jump back on soon! I think I might be getting a Bodybugg (the monitors the Biggest Loser contestants wear) for Christmas so I'm excited about that. Anyway, here's the thread!

Good luck, and Get Movin'! :D
