I've run the print head cleaning utility quite a few times, but the pictures are still looking faded with horizontal lines. Does anyone have experience with this issue? Is there anything else I can do besides turn it in for service (probably no longer cost effective) or buy a new printer? When I google the issue, I see there is some kind of after market cleaning kit that might help....any experience with it? Thanks for any advice.
