Thought I'd Share Some News With You Update: post #46 and #77

The exicting news around here these days is that I'm pregnant.
I actually had a doctor's appt a few weeks back or so to confirm things.
This Thursday I go in for an ultrasound. It will be too soon to tell the gender, but the big question right now is whether it is one or two.
Since I have twins already, my odds are up to have them again. But...the odds are still bigger for ONE baby.
They will also decide then if the due date stays the same. They have me down right now for Aug 16. When I plugged in information on a website, it told me Aug 8. I'm hoping all of that matters in the end. With Ethan and Hunter, they decided it was time to show up at 30 weeks. I'll be praying that this baby (babies???) wants to stay in longer.
I've been feeling tired and not sleeping well after the first 4/5 hours. No real morning sickness...just some "odd" tummy feelings. lol Hard to explain. Like being super hungry and super full at the same time. Uncomfortable but not painful.
I'll take any prayers that you want to offer up for this to be a smooth, uncomplicated pregnancy. My "fears" involve my age. I'm ancient, you know. lol Well, I am 38. And my weight. I'm overweight. But healthy. I just don't need to gain much during the pregnancy. Well, not compared to a slim gal. Actually, I think I've lost a pound or two. Which is just fine at this point.
Okay...I'll stop rambling.
I just wanted to share with you what's up with me these days.

38 is only considered older when you're talking about pregnancy, so don't generalize that to the rest of your life!
May angels of health and strength watch over you during your pregnancy.
take good care!

Take care and hope you have more energy again soon; early pregnancy is SO tiring.

Oh, and I know just what you mean about the odd tummy feelings. I'm pretty much past that now, but the way I described it was "on the edge of nausea all the time". Never actually completely nauseous, but any wrong smell might just put me right over the edge!

Congratulations!!!! I so know what you mean about due dates. My son (who will be 27 this month) was born at 32 wks.
And my sister's birthday just happens to be on August the 8th, and mine is August 15th, both great dates!
Also, want you to know that my BF Cindy had an uneventful pregnancy at 39. Her DD (who just turned 12) was born born just 3 months before Cindy turned 40.
I'm so excited for you, how very cool! Look forward to following your pregnancy news. You have been making some really awesome layouts lately, and now we have baby layouts to look forward to, yes! Are Ethan and Hunter excited?

My sister had her last baby at 42 with no problems at all!
And my great grandmother was a twin and had two sets of twins, one of which was my grandfather.
My Gallery I scrap with Photoshop CS6, but can help with older versions: PS7, CS2 & CS4.
