I Would Like To Upload My Photo From Card Reader Thru Lr Using Date Format Month Day As In January01 is this possible ?

when i go to upload photos thru device and pick by date i dont see any choices that name the month...i thought i had done that choice before...am i imagining it? can you tell me if there is a choice by month names...like january, february etc.... or if there isnt what date choice do you use
