Sorry for the long post but I copied and pasted their info from the website:

By Style -- In each issue of Scrapbook News and Review Magazine, we feature scrapbook pages by style and skill level. We're currently looking for pages, either in traditional or digital format, that feature a clearly defined style such as Clean and Simple, Modern and Graphic, Freestyle and Eclectic, Pretty Chic, Whimsical or Fantasy, and more. Please send at least three to five layouts that you feel best represents your work as well as explain in a few brief sentence what style you feel best describes your work.
Faithbooking & Inspirational – New beginnings. Often, we approach the new year with reflections on the past and thoughts and dreams of the future. A wonderful way to express our love and hopes is through faithbooking or uplifting others with inspiring and encouraging words. For this call, we're looking for projects that express or proclaim your faith as well as projects that inspire others to be their very best.
Lists on Your Pages – List makers unite! Lists are a great way to showcase ideas, quotes, values, and even replace our journaling. No matter what the subject or theme, we're looking for pages that show a variety of ways to use lists in your scrapbooking.
Style Spotlight: Fun & Playful – Funny pages, funny subjects, funny journaling. Do you tend to make light of your topics? Does your style represent your kooky personality or silly spin on the world? If so, we'd love to see your Fun & Playful pages.
Toddlers & Tots – They're adorable, delightful and full of surprises. They also make great subjects for some of the most amazing layouts around. We're looking for projects featuring children under 5 in all their zany, affectionate, and mindblowing glory.
Using Circles on Your Pages – Circles of all sizes, colors, textures and patterns. As part of the background or the main focus, we're looking for layouts that showcase circles and the nifty tricks you can employ while using them. If you do something a little out of the ordinary, please feel free to include a brief description of how you dressed up or made the circle(s) stand out.

Artist Trading Cards

Show us your backside. We spend so much time on the front of the ATC that we often forget there's a backside to each of them. By definition they are signed, dated and numbered. Do you hand sign them, use a stamp, computer generate or something else? This is a functional thing and may not be pretty, but we'd still like to have a peek. Send us a photo or scan of the back of your ATC.

Deadline: February 1, 2010

Special Child, Special Needs
Parents, grandparents or anyone impacted by a child with special needs know how important and therapeutic scrapbooking can be in learning to cope with life and the differences that exist with your special child. Special Needs, Special Children is a quarterly column at Scrapbook News and Review Magazine that focuses on special children and how we, as loved ones, use our scrapbooking to aide, cope with and enjoy.

This column is slated to debut in February 2010 and will focus on how scrapbooking has been used as a healing tool as well as a chance for us to get our stories out there and to heal.

Deadline: February 1, 2010
