Well our dear wee awaited grandaughter has arrived.
I have done a LO with a photo that our very proud SIL has sent us. Jazmin Carol.
The poor thing had a rough journey here and her poor Mum has also had a rough time but it is all behind them now and now they get to enjoy each other. She was a big baby at 4.1 kg (9lb) trying to follow in her Mum's footsteps She was 9lb 13oz!! Yeah that was big. :disappearing-smilie:

I talked to Jessie (our oldest Grand daughter 3 1/2 years) this afternoon after she has seen the photos and I said " Jess what do you think of Aunty Tanz baby" Jessie said in a very excitied voice " Granny I think Jazmin is cute, you are going to take me to see her aren't you but not this time another time when I am a big girl. She was so excitied. I couldn't really get a word in.
Anyway enough from me, I am as excited as Jessie really. :disappearing-smilie:

Thanks for all the lovely congratulations. I can't wait to tell Tanz about all the scrapgirls around the world who have sent their love to her.
I fly over to Sydney on Thursday. Then we will have more photos!!!

Jazmin Carol is a precious little angel, Ngaire and I am so excited for you - have a safe trip to Sydney and give those angel cheeks a little love pinch from me, will you? Can't wait to see all the pics you will come home with and oh, the pages you will scrap! There is no better feeling than that of holding a newborn in your arms for the first time - I imagine you will suddenly remember how it felt to hold her Mom when she was born! I have experienced that feeling with every single grandbaby so far - it really took me back in time - sweet, sweet baby time! Congratulations and God Bless Jazmin!

I'm so happy that everything you worked out well and you are blessed with this new little person in your life. I loved your layout - it will be such a wonderful memory piece for you to have and share. I'm looking forward to see more of them and have a feeling that there will be many. lol I can almost hear your excitement in you post. If the font had animation, I'm sure that your letters would be bouncing all over the boards and spilling onto the next. roflol I am so very happy for you and the whole family. :-)

Hi Ngaire -
Well, by now you have been able to meet Jazmin Carol in person and I know that she has already found that special place in your heart! What a wonderful feeling to hold your daughter's newborn! Does she look like her Mom did as an infant or can you tell yet? I am so excited for you - those are the MOST special moments? What is she going to call you? So many questions, but I am dying to hear an update when you can let yourself put her down for a minute or two! That's the hard part - was for me anyway. I hope that you are all blessed with this beautiful child and I know she will be dearly loved by all. Congrats again, Grandma!
