Guest watmuzzer
Could someone please explain to me how and why I would go about using ScrapSimple Photo Templates. I must be dense or something, but I just don't get the point of photo templates. I've read the stuff in the SG University and I see that you can layer them with other papers and templates. I just don't see the advantage to using them. TIA Cyndie
dinny
All of the ScrapSimple products are geared towards those interested in making their own digital supplies, i.e. background papers, embellishments, alphas... The Photo templates are another way to add texture to those papers that you could create. For example, here is a ScrapSimple Photo Template: Then I created this Paper from that Photo template using PhotoShop: Then to further add more interest you can use the ScrapSimple Paper Templates along with the Photo Templates for something like this: Just one more way to be creative! varanda
I use photos all the time to create papers, what a great way to layer, add texture, mix things up, they are a great tool! Here's a paper I created combing both photo and paper templates: Lily and another: Photo used to create paper another: Moss, and More, Still More, oh yet another, and this, ooops: this one, and ok, there's so many but i'll quit here. Guest jackiep1102
I loved the frog too! So cute and funny! Thanks for the examples. I love the idea of using my photo templates and even making my own but I can never seem to make anything I like with them. Your examples will help me a lot! Thanks!
