If you are like so many of our members, you wake up, grab coffee and head for your computer to check out the latest Scrap Girls news letter. But Oh My it's not there! What do you do now? Here are some tips.

1. Check your local Spam or Junk folder
2. Check your on line spam or junk folder. If you find it in either place you should make sure the newsletter email address, newsletters@scrapgirls.com is in your safe sender list
3. Check the Scrap Girls Home page for the link to the news letter. It can be found at the bottom right of the page.
4. Check the message board for an announcement from the team about any delay or issue
5. Send an email to Angie at hello@scrapgirls.com and let her know it didn't show up so she can look into any delivery issues
6. Wait a bit, the newsletter company we use may be running just a bit behind.

Sometimes Internet Providers like Comcast and AOL update their spam filters and the newsletter gets caught in it. You can sign up for a free Gmail, Ymail or Hotmail account and access your newsletters online. These email providers allow for lots of storage so you can save all your newsletters to refer back to with them as well.

Silly internet service providers....don't they know ScrapGirls is better than Spam? Silly silly people. Thanks for the tips Dee! I didn't realize I was addicted to the newsletter until it didn't show up one morning. I looked for it with more purpose than the time I lost a diamond earring! ;)

I hate to describe the SG newsletter as therapy.....but, during some worries over adult children, that newsletter was about the only thing to get my mind off things. (grin) I really miss it if it isn't there in the mornings, even the sales. LOL

I feel so fortunate - I've never really had any newsletter issues and welcome to newsletter every morning. Our newsletter staff is wonderful about getting it out to us in such a timely manner! Our newsletter just plain rocks!

I am one of those that for some reason cannot get the newsletter
I have already spoken with Angie about this

so I usually start my day with the newsletter and access it on the home page

I am reading others posts about reading the newsletters today and the last couple of days

I am sadly missing the daily newsletter on the home page as the last post was the 24th
I consider this my morning coffee since I do not drink coffee, one of the things I do to get my day started

Yep, the emails this week aren't our usual emails and so they don't get posted on the website. Angie could forward them to you, if you'd like. Did you talk about that yet?

If you give Angie your email address and she forwards it to you, you should get it unless your ISP is blocking it, for some reason. In that case, you could give her another email address. Gmail is great and very reliable. Our emails always get through to Gmail accounts. :-)

I use Gmail but only got the last one and the frying pan one this year :< I have e-mailed Angie to ask if she can forward the others - the last planning one looked really interesting, but only having the end of the story doesn't really work!

I didn't receive my newsletter today. I've never had a problem before. I checked everything that's listed in this post. Any idea why?

Christine, my ISP often does funny things and even though I have Scrap Girls as a contact, I'll stop getting the newsletter for a period of time. Eventually it comes back. I've talk to my provider and they don't know what to do about it. I just read it from the front page of the site.

Thanks...that's what I did, while contacting Angie too.
