At looking at this section I couldn't understand why we didn't have this thread already.
Just type what you are making, having, or just had for dinner.

We are having hot dogs & macaroni and cheese. Despite my objections. Well, I'm okay with the macaroni and cheese.

We had the Pub's special steak which melts in your mouth, tiny little potatoes and Rich had fried okra with his. Oh, so good and I didn't have to cook!

Gayle, I love Garden Burgers - have them all the time at the Pub, but without the bread.

We're having pot roast tonight, along with baby red potatoes and some veggie--probably green beans. It's in the Crock Pot now and smells soo good! I love my Crock Pot. Lately, there would be no dinner if it weren't for my trusty slow cooker.

Tonight we are having a combination of leftovers - I think I will call it a buffet to make it more interesting to the hungry guys - nothing really goes together but it has to be eaten tonight or tossed out.

So I have a pampered chef recipe for beef Tamales. Has anyone tried it before? Anyone tried it with ground turkey instead of beef?

I decided on the Pampered Chef recipe "Beef Tamale Bake", I did used ground turkey instead of beef. We'll see in a few minutes how it tastes.
