We had a pork roast and some yummy baked acorn squash for supper last night - it was cold outside and I had the pork roast on slow cook all day - the house smelled so good and the roast was delicious! Cold weather is my favorite time of the year to cook which means I'll probably gain about 5 lbs this winter!

We just had an early dinner because I had a tiring day the Aged Care Home I volunteer at - helped in the coffee shop so on my feet all day. We bought take away noodles... very nice.

I'm making spaghetti sauce for our supper tonight - spaghetti and meatballs it shall be for a dreary, rainy, thunderstorm & lightning day!

I think I'm going to make Chicken w Cashew Nuts (hold the cashew nuts). My daughter is allergic to nuts, but we love this recipe so it's just became nutless!

We had a very late supper last night cause Rich had to work over tip 10pm - waaaaay too late to eat a big meal, but it was fixed so we had chicken and I fixed the most delicious acorn squash to go with it! YUMMY! It was the golden acorn squash and so sweet and so good!
