Hello Everyone that uses MACS...I recently purchased PSE and Ro secrets revealed and then began to download 1A. When the tutorial began it states that I should open the file and select the paper to begin working. When I do this is states to me that there is a program error and can't get the file to upload the paper on PSE. Please help I am lost. Thanks Everyone...

Hi simpmom! I wish I could be of more help but I have not bought or used Ro Secrets Revealed but maybe I can suggest something to try......... Right click on the paper and see if there is a window that pops up that has a list of actions that you could do, one of which is Open with..... and select PSE. I hope that someone else will chime in with a suggestion that has used Ro's Secret. Have you tried to open PSE and create a new document and then open up Ro's Secret and find the paper and do the right click thing? Let's hope that one of these things works or someone else can help you more than I........ Judy
