I'm 23 lbs away from my goal. In 3 more lbs I will have lost a total of 40 lbs doing Weight Watchers since the start of the year.'
I'm totally thrilled with it. We aren't doing meetings or online. We're just counting points and sticking to the plan.
Everyone says those last lbs are the hardest.
I had hit a plateau a few lbs ago and was stuck there for over a month. To get the scale moving again I tried a few things, finally doing the elliptical everyday is what did it.
What are some things that have helped you when you reach plateaus? What keeps you motivated to keep going? What are some tips to make it through those last hardest lbs?
Just looking for input.
Thanks,
Tasanee aka Arizona Girl

Tasanne, I think you are doing a great job - I would just keep up the exercise and continue the WW - it will start to fall off again - maybe you could add a mile or so to your elliptical when you do it for a couple of weeks - you are so right - those last few pounds are very hard to lose - you can do it! I have faith in you! Eat carrots! LOL

Congratulations!! That is so exciting. What a good job you are doing. Hang in there & you will have those last few pounds, too.

Way to go Tasanee. I got rid of the last 5 pounds and made it to my WW goal (several years ago - before thyroid disease messed me up) by getting a nasty noro-virus.
Not something I'd recommend.
