OK oh gurus of the digiscrap :waving-hi:

So I'm running PSE 7, and I've saved my pages in a 12x12 format in both the image size and the canvas size. When I sent it to Sam's Club, or anywhere else for that matter, to print it...they cut off a couple of inches off the sides or top <_< They said it's because of the canvas size..that it shouldn't be 12x12. They had a nice lady call me and tell me how to do it, and of course I threw away the note I had the info written on. Did I mention I have 4 year old twins??? Please help and tell me how I should be saving these pages for printing.

Thanks so much!!

I haven't sent any layouts to be printed at Sam's or Costco so I'm not much help there. I do want to welcome you to Scrap Girls. I know there are several gals here that do use Sam's and Costco so hopefully one of them will come along with the help you need.

Wow I was glad to see your question. I haven't printed anything yet but am gathering layouts for a surprise wedding album for a friends daughter. :secret: It would be awful to have any thing cut off the image! :banghead:

Congratulations on your twins!!! :worthy: I have twin grandsons, 3 years old now and they have an older brother who is 4, and I babysit all the time. I have started carrying a note book around to write everything down. :)

Welcome to ScrapGirls! :dancing_penguin:

There were threads on this a few years ago, but I think some people had their pages printed at a larger standard size (13x19 probably) and put the layout onto a document that size along with a few smaller copies at the edge that they could use for little brag books. I know loads of people print their layouts at Costco and Sam's Club without any trouble, I just don't since I have a wide-format printer.
