Help
i got two eps attachements and one opens in cs5 the other gives me message thea unable to open cause cant parse the postscript...can someone explain what this means and what to do???

thanks..... dont know what that meant but when i spoke with the techie...they just sent it to me again ..and he thought since they didnt send it originally zipped it just got corrupted somehow..thanks for answering my sos! LOL

Occasionally I get that same error message. "Unable to parse the file." I have found that if I close my PS software and reboot my computer, the files will open with no difficulty. I didn't read the link Ro left you and I don't really understand the problem itself, but this always works for me. HTH
